Important Announcements

We are excited to announce that eManageSuite is currently undergoing a modernization rewrite, and we will be releasing the first phase of this re-write within the next few months.  As part of the re-write, eManageSuite will now be compatible with all newer browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Internet Explorer versions 9-11)

In anticipation of its release, we want to make you aware of a few compatibility changes:

If you are currently using Windows XP and/or Internet Explorer 8, Microsoft ended support for these products on April 8th, 2014.

What does this mean if you are using one of these products?

  • Windows XP users will no longer receive technical assistance or automatic updates to help protect your PC
  • Continuing to use Windows XP may expose your PC to security risks and viruses
  • Continuing to use Internet Explorer 8 might expose your PC to additional threats
  • As more software and hardware manufacturers continue to optimize for more recent versions of Windows, you can expect to encounter more apps and devices that do not work with Windows XP

You can read the details by clicking the following link.

Due to Microsoft ending support and the security issues, Internet Explorer 8 is not a compatible browser for the eManageSuite modernization rewrite. If you are using IE 8, please see below for recommended options.

Recommended Options

  • Use a different browser, such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari
  • Upgrade your Windows XP computers to Windows 8.1 and Internet Explorer 11
  • Upgrade to a new computer, which already has Windows 8.1 and Internet Explorer 11 installed

If you have any questions, please let us know.  Thank you again for your support of Community Association Management and eManageSuite.
